Job Title: Chief Revenue Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Revenue Strategist to join our dynamic team at Andaz Singapore. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities across all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with related departments to maximize sales for the hotel.
  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and overall revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive additional revenue streams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform revenue management decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate or business development role within the hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of success in revenue growth and sales optimization, with a strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook, with prior knowledge of CRM systems such as Opera or Delphi an asset.
