Job Title: Ship Broker

Job Summary:

As a ship broker, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the buying and selling of vessels. You will be responsible for negotiating deals and contracts, conducting market research and analysis, building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry partners, and coordinating vessel inspections and valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the buying and selling of vessels to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to establish trust and credibility.
  • Coordinate vessel inspections and valuations to ensure accurate pricing and valuation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ship brokerage or maritime sales is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Knowledge of global shipping markets and vessel types is required to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential to achieve business objectives.
