Experienced Educator Required

A distinguished educator is required to join our team. This role involves developing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of individual students and small groups.
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified teacher who can plan and execute captivating lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized feedback to students, monitoring their progress, and addressing any challenges proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality educational content
- Provide constructive feedback to students
- Assess student progress and address any challenges
- Support students in exam preparation and critical thinking development
Curriculum Development:
The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development and a passion for creating innovative learning materials. They will collaborate with the curriculum team to create and refine learning resources, ensuring alignment with the MOE syllabus and best teaching practices.
Other Duties:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to classroom preparation and resource management
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to organizational development initiatives
- Support tuition center events, workshops, or activities as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- At least 1 year of professional tutoring experience (MOE syllabus preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with new teaching technologies and tools (Notion, ClickUp, Miro, etc.) is a plus
