Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Coordinator/Landscape Manager Assistance to join our team at LIMELITE PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of landscape projects, including site visits, design proposals, and maintenance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend site visits and tender show rounds to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Propose and design simple yet sustainable landscape designs for specified sites, taking into account client needs and project constraints.
  • Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients.
  • Coordinate work orders with ground crew to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Deal with complaints from clients on site, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules to ensure regular upkeep of landscape projects.
  • Monitor and record site staff attendance to ensure accurate payroll and project tracking.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet project requirements.
  • Assist in the administrative and operational aspects of landscape projects, including liaising with customers for project requirements and progress.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or related fields with a minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping industries.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese (to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients).
  • Dynamic and energetic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multitask.
  • Committed to work and willing to learn.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prefer candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge.
  • On-the-job training provided.
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant Polytechnic/WSQ Diploma/Degree are welcomed.
Working Hours and Office Location
  • 5.5-day work week.
  • Office location: Mandai Estate.
  • Work location: Various Sites.
