Are you a strategic data analyst with experience in material sciences and footwear materials?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to be a team member of the Materials Library function that services global brands in material creation, management, and governance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of material sciences, and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.

This role is instrumental in driving efficiency, enabling material leverage across regions, and optimizing material spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive seasonal material utilization efficiency by analyzing data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Lead new material development data analysis with brand teams to build frameworks for considering alternative recommendations
  • Own material library data quality metrics by working with suppliers to close data gaps and running regular audits reports
  • Develop and implement material library curation process as milestones in the go-to market/product development calendar

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a footwear company or product development function
  • Undergraduate degree in Quantitative/STEM field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong proficiency in at least one data processing tool (e.g. Excel VBA/Knime)
  • Basic proficiency in PLM systems
  • Clear communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
