Comprehensive Fraud Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Investigator to conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, analyze complex transaction patterns and take decisive actions to mitigate financial losses while protecting customer trust.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed fraud investigations across consumer and business segments.
- Analyze escalated cases, unusual transactions, account activities and associated data to determine fraud risk and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Compliance and Customer Support to ensure investigations are thorough, timely and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Identify emerging fraud patterns, suspicious merchants and potential money-mules and escalate findings to the Team Lead for remediation measures.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations, findings and actions taken ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- You possess excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in solving complex business issues using analytical thinking.
- You are not afraid to suggest and implement new initiatives to tackle complex business issues as long as the rationale is logical and sound.
- You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in conducting comprehensive fraud investigations.
