Job Title: Front of House Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Front of House Team Leader. This position involves leading by example, mentoring front-line staff, managing shift responsibilities, and ensuring our brand values are upheld daily.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Daily Operations: Ensure excellent customer service and operational standards in all aspects of Front of House (FOH) operations.
  • Pre-Shift Briefings: Communicate daily goals, promotions, and guest expectations to team members.
  • Training and Onboarding: Assist in training and onboarding of new FOH staff members.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to ensure they are met at all times.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and empathetically.
  • Inventory Management: Support inventory checks and ordering to ensure adequate stock for service.
  • Cash Handling: Perform cash handling duties, including end-of-day reconciliation and deposits.
  • Operational Standards: Enforce adherence to all operational SOPs and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • POS System Knowledge: Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Leadership Ability: Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
  • Availability: Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and team support.
