Job Title: Design and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Design and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality designs based on received data within the given timeframe.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to design, calculate, document, and provide assistance to engineers when required.
  • Responsible for revising drawings, calculations, and documentation as needed.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others while also having the initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for customer submission.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in designing Telecom systems using AutoCAD.
  • Possession of an AutoCAD Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of communications cable infrastructure, including voice, data, security, and audio/visual equipment and applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
