We are seeking a skilled professional to join our laboratory team as a Fragrance Compounding Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing trials and samples in the laboratory. This will involve working with raw materials and operating various equipment such as weighing, mixing, filtration, and automated dosing machines.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with perfumers, customer service, and evaluators to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent olfactory skills/knowledge and have a strong background in chemistry or a related discipline. Additionally, you will need to have basic skills in Excel and knowledge of SAP. Accurate and fast dosing capabilities are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare trials and samples in the laboratory
  • Operate various equipment such as weighing, mixing, filtration, and automated dosing machines
  • Work with perfumers, customer service, and evaluators to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related discipline
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the fragrance industry (candidates without experience may be considered)
  • Excellent olfactory skills/knowledge
  • Basic skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Accurate and fast dosing capabilities
