**Flavour Compounding Technician**

A **leading International Flavour House**, is currently looking for a Lab Compounder who be responsible for:

- Precisely compounding flavour samples based on detailed recipes to meet exacting standards.
- Collaborating with flavourists in creation and sensory evaluations, including tasting sessions.
- Managing administrative tasks related to flavour development in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Packaging and dispatching flavour samples for internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing samples for various departments, including Application, Product Management, and Quality Control, ensuring readiness for tastings and quality checks.
- Maintaining an organized and clean laboratory environment, including washing, organizing, and replenishing laboratory equipment.
- Assisting with inventory control by monitoring raw material stocks and coordinating orders with procurement teams.
- Managing lab supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations by liaising with local and internal suppliers.
- Assigning designated storage locations for new raw materials and flavours.
- Supporting cross-functional teams and stepping into other lab roles as needed for operational efficiency.
- Performing additional tasks as directed by the Flavourist, Head of Flavour Creation, or the R&D and Quality Director.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical establishments in a similar laboratory role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic laboratory environment.
- Basic ERP system knowledge, such as SAP, and proficiency with laboratory tools and equipment.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and precision.
