Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic platform specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and optimize the SuccessFactors platform and its integrations with other enterprise systems.
  2. Automate access provisioning by integrating with internal identity and access management systems.
  3. Design, implement, and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP CPI and other tools.
  4. Ensure data integrity and security during system integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in SuccessFactors modules, Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services including Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and SAP Build related technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, quick learning, and excellent communication skills.
