The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in MS Office, able to work independently, and possess a pleasant personality and good team player qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipping documentation formalities
  • Ensure proper and timely billing/closing of all job files
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities
  • Manage data entries in-house system
  • Coordinate with various suppliers
  • Provide rates to interco whenever necessary
  • Assist in rate sourcing with various carriers whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality and good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently
  • DGR trained and OOG Cargo experience an advantage
