Senior Clinical Nurse Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Nurse to lead our nursing team.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of Nursing Operations: Ensure seamless execution of nursing programs, policies, and procedures by coordinating their implementation and enforcing adherence.
  2. Nursing Guidance: Provide daily guidance to ward nurses on their duties, oversee their performance, and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
  3. Patient Care Management: Schedule and assign nursing staff as required, monitoring their work results to ensure high-quality patient care and making adjustments as necessary.
  4. Incident Management: Offer expert guidance on incident management, tracking incidents to identify trends and patterns, and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  5. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by senior management, such as the Deputy Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold a Diploma in Nursing or a Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Registration: Be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with regulatory requirements.
