Job Title: Quality Tester for Electronic Devices

We are seeking a skilled Quality Technician to perform electrical troubleshooting, test validation and failure analysis on semiconductor devices.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PC/Notebook/Workstation setup and troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of storage device drivers and PCIe chipset register configurations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with electronics and debugging software issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute validation test plans on SSD devices on PC systems
  • Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software
  • Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality, recommend and implement test coverage improvement actions
  • Perform Failure analysis and work with other function groups to resolve SSD system issues
  • Provide system or SSD analysis support for customers
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent related field/experience is preferred
  • Experience working with PC/Notebooks/Workstations (PC setup, PC troubleshooting)
  • Working experience in either SSD or HDD industry would be an advantage
  • Experience with NVMe storage interface protocols and Windows/Linux Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of storage device drivers and/or PCIe chipset register configurations would be beneficial
  • Experience using PCIe/NVMe bus analyzers and oscilloscopes would be beneficial
