Senior IC Testing Series Production Engineer is responsible for managing quality performance of OSATs and test suppliers, including tracking of Quality Performance, managing 8Ds, Red Alerts, and Early Warnings. The role involves release of Burn-in boards, responsibility for annual re-qualification/reliability monitoring at OSAT, and responsible for 3-temp FT during safe-launch and release report.
The Senior IC Testing Series Production Engineer will be responsible for managing manufacturing releases, incl. all industrialization topics, and ensuring execution. This includes support of yield improvements at Technical Operations Management and Test Program Engineering, as well as management of TPCRs (test program change requests) of Continental.
This position requires a strong understanding of semiconductor test flows, reliability testing, and failure analysis, as well as expertise in AEC-Q100, IATF16949 APQP, and PPAP process.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Academic degree in Engineering, Business administration or comparable qualification.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in OSAT or fabless environment related to test.
- Proven track record in managing quality for wafer test, final test, and burn-in suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of AEC-Q100, IATF16949 APQP, and PPAP process.
