Job Title: Factory Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to join our team as a factory worker. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all areas of the factory are free from dirt and debris.

  • Clean and sanitize toilets and replenish supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels).
  • Empty trash bins and waste containers throughout the facility and dispose of waste properly.
  • Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.

Additionally, you will be required to perform exterior and grounds maintenance tasks, including sweeping up fallen leaves and other debris from walkways, parking lots, and surrounding areas.

As a factory worker, you will also be expected to follow all health and safety procedures and protocols, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  2. Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping & mopping in all areas of the factory.
  3. Empty trash bins and waste containers throughout the facility.
  4. Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
  5. Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation across multiple locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and related regulations.
  • Must be able to safely lift and carry items up to 15kg, in compliance with workplace safety standards.
