Bendemeer Factory Worker Job Description

The Bendemeer factory requires an individual to perform various tasks related to delivering materials, transferring goods from a trolley to machines, and packing/unpacking items into carton boxes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver materials on site using a designated trolley.
  • Transfer materials from the trolley to machinery.
  • Pack and unpack items from or into carton boxes.

Working Conditions:
  • Shift rotation every two weeks between day shift (7am-7pm) and night shift (7pm-7am).
  • Work in a cleanroom environment wearing protective attire.

Employee Benefits:
  • Annual leave: 7 days per year increasing by one day annually up to 14 days.
  • Outpatient sick leave: 14 days.
  • Hospitalization leave: 60 days.
  • Attendance incentive: $100 per month for full attendance with no tardiness.
