Job Overview

The Senior Manufacturing Director will be responsible for leading and managing a team of manufacturing professionals to ensure the efficient, compliant, and sustainable production of biologics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement in manufacturing operations.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to execute production schedules, meet deadlines, and optimize workflows.
  • Maintain quality and risk awareness among staff and review performance metrics regularly.
  • Oversee the introduction of new products, technologies, and equipment into the production environment.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and address any issues that may arise.
  • Solicit input from subordinates and guide them towards achieving their goals.
Requirements:
  • No less than 10 years of experience in commercial biologics production under GMP regulations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing manufacturing workshops.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and present ideas confidently.
  • Thorough understanding of GMP regulatory requirements in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • A proven track record of successfully executing strategic projects and delivering results.
