Job Title: Professional Growth and Learning Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Growth and Learning Strategist to develop and implement an organization-wide annual learning and development plan. This role involves ensuring that all employees receive the necessary training to enhance their performance, monitoring the effectiveness of the training plan, and balancing training expenditure with its value.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management, as well as expert training planning skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with internal and external trainers to deliver high-quality training programs and manage budgets and forecasts.

This position requires strong leadership abilities, including team leadership experience and the ability to recruit, train, and supervise staff. The candidate should also be able to travel frequently for business purposes and have a familiarity with the East Asian Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an organization-wide annual learning and development plan
  • Ensure all employees receive necessary training to enhance performance
  • Monitor the success of the training plan
  • Balance training expenditure with its value
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Work with internal and external trainers to deliver high-quality training programs
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

· Bachelor's Degree in HR, Adult Education, Business Management, or similar

· Expert training planning skills

· Solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management

· Collaborative and trainee-centric mindset

· Team leadership ability and experience

· Ability to travel frequently for business purposes

· Familiarity with the East Asian Market is highly advantageous

· Have Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
