Visual Merchandising Designer

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Designer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual merchandising materials that enhance the retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop compelling visual displays, including window graphics, in-store signage, promotional posters, floor graphics, wall murals, lightboxes, fabric displays, and custom display wraps.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and project managers to understand campaign objectives, design requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Translate design concepts into production-ready artwork, ensuring all files are optimized for large format printing.
  • Perform design adaptations, resizing, and versioning for various retail store formats and specific display dimensions.
  • Prepare, pre-flight, and troubleshoot digital files to ensure accuracy, proper resolution, color modes (CMYK, Pantone), bleeds, and safe zones for print production.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a DTP Designer or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for retail visual merchandising and large format printing.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and file optimization for various large format printing technologies and diverse retail substrates.
  • Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with international brands or diverse retail formats.
  • Knowledge of grand format cutting and finishing techniques.
