Lead Regional HR Strategist:

This role is a key member of our leadership team responsible for driving all HR strategies and initiatives across the APAC and ANZ region.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior business leaders to ensure compliance with regional labor laws and champion initiatives that strengthen talent management, engagement, and employer branding.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HR operations across multiple geographies, ensuring statutory compliance with regional labor laws and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory authorities and external HR partners.
  • Partner closely with line managers to drive people strategy aligned to business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives across the region, including internship programs and industry outreach activities, to position the organization as an employer of choice in competitive markets.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams, India HQ, and other regional business units to ensure alignment of HR strategy, engaging and influencing senior stakeholders while balancing strategic guidance with operational agility.
  • Manage and mentor a regional HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
  • 12-18 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to APAC/ANZ markets.
  • Telecom/technology sector experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in business partnering with sales/commercial teams.
