NTT DATA is seeking an experienced IT Field Support Engineer - Collaboration Technologies to join our team. This role is responsible for providing first-line technical support and field engineering services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Management
- Configure, install, test, and operationalize assigned infrastructure at client sites.
- Software Installation and Configuration
- Install and configure software according to client requirements.
- Problem Identification and Resolution
- Proactively identify problems and errors as they occur and log them in a timely manner with required detail.
- Stakeholder Liaison
- Liaise with stakeholders including client IT environments, carriers, and colleagues to expedite diagnosis of errors and problems and identify resolution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
- Certifications: Associate level certification in Data Centre technologies such as Cisco, NetApp, EMC; Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5; and Collaboration technologies such as Call managers, Voice Gateways, Call recording, Scripting, Messaging, VOIP, IP Telephony.
This role involves on-site work. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
