Key Responsibilities- Support and collaborate with Registered Nurses in coordinating patient care to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Assist physicians and RNs with bedside procedures and treatment plans, applying expertise and technical skills.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members through open and clear dialogue, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Provide patient education on self-care management, empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being.
- Respond promptly to patient resuscitation or medical emergencies, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Support clinical supervision of new Enrolled Nurses and coaching of nursing students, contributing to the growth and development of junior staff.
- Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and participate in quality improvement activities, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Must be registered with the relevant nursing authority.
- Possess a National Certificate in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Hold at least 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
