Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Enrolled Nurse to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting Registered Nurses in the coordination of patient care and assisting physicians and RNs in bedside procedures and treatment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Registered Nurses in coordinating patient care and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with physicians and RNs in conducting bedside procedures and providing high-quality treatment.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
  • Provide patient education to patients, caregivers, and Next of Kin on self-care management, empowering them to take an active role in their health.
  • Rapidly respond to and assist RNs in patient resuscitation or medical emergencies, prioritizing timely intervention.
  • Supervise new enrolled nurses, provide coaching to nursing students, and support care staff in delivering exceptional nursing care.
  • Analyze common causes of patient safety incidents and work closely with supervisors and senior nurses to implement quality improvement activities.
  • Participate in clinical audits as required, contributing to continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Enrolled with SNB, ensuring up-to-date registration and licensure.
  • NITEC in Nursing or State Enrolled Nurse Certificate, demonstrating specialized knowledge and expertise.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Enrolled Nurse in relevant discipline, showcasing dedication and commitment to the field.
