Job Overview

The Accounts Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the full invoicing process, liaising with customer service to obtain required details and ensure timely billing. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel, who are eager to develop their accounting skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full invoicing process, including liaison with customer service, AR transactions, cheque collection, bank-in preparation, cash book updates, payment matching, follow-up on payment discrepancies, overdue accounts, intercompany invoices, post receipts in ERP, issue monthly SOA to customers, update sales on long overdue accounts, maintain accurate accounting records, file documents, support auditors during year-end audits, record monthly AR receipts in the accounting system, and post to GL after review.

Requirements:
  • At least ITE or accounting certificate and above.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
