Customer Service & Beverage Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service & Beverage Expert to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Craft beverages to high standards and adapt to customer requests with ease.
  • Operate brewing equipment with care and consistency, ensuring the highest quality drinks.
  • Handle payments and customer orders efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the highest level of hygiene standards and adhere to all company policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the F&B industry, preferably as a barista or in a similar role.
  • Able to work well under pressure, with a focus on delivering excellent results.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Training provided for those who wish to develop their skills further.
