Our company is seeking a skilled plastic mould technician to fill the role of Mould Setting Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting and testing plastic moulds to ensure high-quality products are produced. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and repair moulds to prevent downtime and optimize production efficiency.

  • Assemble, inspect and test plastic moulds to ensure high-quality products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product design.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mould technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, inspect and test plastic moulds to ensure high-quality products.
  • Troubleshoot and repair moulds to prevent downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product design.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mould technology.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Precision Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in mould setting and tool design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
