Job Description

A top-tier manufacturer of pumping solutions and equipment seeks a seasoned finance leader to guide its regional operations in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of experience in leadership roles within multinational industrial manufacturing organisations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Finance Business Partner to the SEA Director and a key member of the senior leadership team.
  • Drive business planning, operational support, and growth initiatives across the region.
  • Lead financial planning & analysis, risk management, and support strategic investment decisions.
  • Oversee finance operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Manage tax reporting, audits, and adherence to accounting standards and regional regulations.
  • Provide leadership to the finance team and engage with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in regional financial planning, consolidation, treasury management, and strategic investment.
  • In-depth understanding of international accounting standards, compliance, and cross-border financial management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills paired with solid business acumen, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to business strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
