Environmental Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing environmental health systems on-site, including earth control measures, vector control, and waste management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee environmental health systems on-site, ensuring compliance with NEA and ECMO standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and manage site risks such as mosquito breeding, poor drainage, air/dust pollution, and poor housekeeping
  • Submit and maintain the Site Environmental Control Programme and prepare fortnightly reports
  • Liaise with contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt rectification of environmental issues
  • Promote environmental awareness through toolbox talks, site campaigns, and training
  • Support investigations by authorities in cases of vector-borne or environmental incidents

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in environmental, civil, or construction-related fields from a recognized institution
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry (HDB project background preferred)
  • Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA
  • Certified in Earth Control Measures (ECMO) by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
