Job Description

As a skilled watch repair professional, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs and servicing of luxury watches. This includes conducting technical evaluations to determine the required services, performing quality control checks, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards.

You will also be responsible for handling polishing tasks, executing technical interventions as agreed with customers, maintaining and consolidating technical documentation, and providing training support to retail stores under our group.

  • Perform thorough diagnoses and conduct detailed inspections to identify issues.
  • Implement efficient solutions to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide expert advice and guidance on technical matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury watch repairs and servicing.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid EA License No.
