Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level repair and maintenance services, ensuring top-tier quality standards for luxury timepieces.
  • Inspect and evaluate high-end watches to identify service requirements and necessary repairs.
  • Carry out complete servicing, technical interventions, component replacements, and other mechanical procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow technicians to meet polishing and servicing demands efficiently.
  • Perform meticulous polishing of cases and bracelets, achieving finishes aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Uphold service excellence by performing precise, brand-standard quality control checks post-repair.
  • Record service history and maintain clear technical documentation; flag frequent technical concerns to support process improvement.
  • Ensure all completed work meets the strict accuracy, performance, and quality expectations of luxury watch brands.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or a recognized Certificate of Competency in watchmaking or a related trade.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in watch servicing, repairs, and mechanical maintenance.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for fine craftsmanship and precision.
  • Effective communication and clear reporting abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
