We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Associate Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.


As an Associate Director, you will play a key part in the creation and optimization of comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making. You will also provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring and development of models.


One of your main responsibilities will be to discuss commercial issues with clients and ensure they are accurately reflected in the model. You will also lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.


Additionally, you will lead in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.


Operations:


As an Associate Director, you will have similar responsibilities to those mentioned above, including leading multiple teams and creating and optimizing financial models.


People:


As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of modelling professionals. You will train, motivate and lead junior team members on assignments, collaborate closely with team members, and communicate model findings and insights effectively to clients and internal teams.


Growth:


As an Associate Director, you will have opportunities to lead in business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business. You will lead in the development of client pitches, lead client calls and build client relationships.


Requirements:


To be considered for this role, you must have exceptional analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel. You should also have an in-depth understanding of accounting concepts and an accounting qualification is beneficial.


An in-depth understanding of Project Finance, Corporate Finance or Financial Planning concepts is also required. You should be degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.


Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
