Job Overview">

As a Network Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless performance and minimal downtime of our National Quantum Safe Network+ (NQSN+) products and services.


">

The primary objective is to handle all aspects of maintenance and operations for NQSN+, which requires strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills in technical fault isolation and rectification.

">

Furthermore, you should have knowledge on routers, switches, and firewalls installation and upgrade procedures, such as Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet. Some understanding of Quantum Key Distribution and Encryption technologies is also essential.

Possessing basic knowledge of office applications, such as Excel, Visio, and Word, is also necessary. You will also manage principal vendors, providers, internal, and external stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Writing and implementing policies, guidelines, and SOPs for managing infrastructure is also part of your responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering, computer science, or information systems from a recognized institution.">
  • 1-3 years' experience in cloud or DevOps environments and systems operations.">
  • Familiarity with container technologies, orchestration tools like Kubernetes, and Linux-based operating systems.">
  • Good analytical and trouble-shooting skills in technical fault isolation and rectification.">
  • Basic knowledge of office applications, such as Excel, Visio, and Word.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to document and investigate existing infrastructure for maintaining and operating the environment.">
