Technical Lead for Healthcare Solutions

We are seeking a Technical Lead for Healthcare Solutions to join our team at PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing IT strategies that align with the business objectives of our healthcare clients.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to lead IT initiatives that support the growth and expansion of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of IT projects related to polyclinic instrument connectivity.
  • Oversee testing processes, ensuring all IT solutions are implemented within the required timelines.
  • Ensure smooth and timely delivery of IT-related projects.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various departments, such as Imaging Services and Blood Collection, to implement integrated IT solutions.
  • Manage and support cross-institutional referral workflows and intra- and inter-cluster processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align IT work plans across different functions and ensure efficient collaboration.

Technology Evaluation:

  • Continuously evaluate new and emerging technologies, such as AI platforms, to assess their potential impact on our clients' operations.
  • Research and recommend new IT solutions that will enhance service capabilities, especially in areas like radiology reporting and other diagnostic services.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication across the organization regarding IT system updates or changes.
  • Develop strategies for engaging stakeholders and ensuring user adoption of new IT tools or processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within IT infrastructure or health diagnostics.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of EPIC modules and other relevant IT systems.
  • Experience in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into operational workflows.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, particularly in managing change and driving adoption of new IT solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing Business as Usual (BAU) activities, including budgeting, compliance, and resource management.
