Lead Construction Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, execution, and completion within budget, time, and quality parameters.
This involves coordinating with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reporting to senior management on project progress and challenges;
- Oversight of project implementation and completion within scheduled cost, time, and quality targets;
- Leading the team in planning and executing day-to-day operations;
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project completion;
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, risk assessment plans, and monitoring progress while updating reports to management;
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Building from a recognized institution;
- At least 2 years of experience in project management in the Singapore construction and fit-out sector;
- Relevant construction safety certifications (CSCPM, BCSS, etc.);
- Analytical mindset, independence, self-starter attitude, strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Able to communicate effectively in English;
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an added advantage.
