\Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced service associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house (FOH) operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth flow of our daily operations.

You will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, handling cashiering and POS transactions, preparing drinks, and assisting with basic food preparation. Additionally, you will assist in setting up and closing down the outlet daily, maintain FOH cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times, and coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in providing top-notch service to our customers.

As a service associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and administrative tasks. You will also be able to learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of F&B experience (counter service, café, stall, or restaurant)
  • Familiarity with FOH duties such as order-taking, cashiering, etc.
  • Comfortable with long working hours, standing, and working weekends/public holidays on a rotating schedule
  • Willingness to learn and take on various tasks in a hands-on environment
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team player
  • Ability to read and write simple English and Chinese for stock ordering and communicating effectively with colleagues
