Friendly Front Desk Associate
Description:We are seeking a skilled and courteous Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations efficiently, providing high-quality customer service to both English and Mandarin-speaking customers, and handling various tasks such as guest inquiries, seating arrangements, and reservation management.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized reception or waiting area, communicating clearly and courteously with customers in both languages, and addressing any guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
In addition to your excellent communication skills, you should have a friendly and outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks calmly under pressure.
Requirements:- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
