Core Responsibilities- Guest Liaison: Develop meaningful connections with guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Enhancing Experiences: Proactively seek opportunities to elevate the guest experience during their stay.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across departments to create unforgettable moments for guests celebrating special occasions.
- VIP Management: Foster relationships with VIP guests and Special Attention guests, recognizing their preferences and providing personalized services and special arrangements to create extraordinary moments.
- Service Innovation: Continuously explore ways to enhance the guest experience by developing and implementing innovative guest recognition programs and initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of Guest Experience Executives/Interns to deliver exceptional service, providing guidance and training while setting clear performance expectations.
- Effective Problem Solving: Demonstrate effective problem resolution skills and handle challenging situations with poise and tact, focused on a solution-oriented approach and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Quality Standards: Conduct regular evaluations of guest interactions and review guest feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, taking corrective actions and implementing strategies to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
