Job Title: Web3 Infrastructure Specialist

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our web3 wallet infrastructure team.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on the infrastructure of web3 wallet with all dapps.

Your responsibilities will include leading the integration of blockchains into the web3 wallet, including product planning and management, process and standardization development, and collaboration with business development and operations teams to drive partnership execution.

You will optimize the experience of web3 wallet infrastructure, enhancing fluidity, stability, accuracy, and security while refining underlying strategies and user experience.

Research various blockchain ecosystems, analyze their underlying principles and development trends, and identify potential business opportunities to drive product innovation and strategic decision-making.

Work closely with the development team to manage the product iteration process, ensuring timely execution of product updates.

Engage in in-depth discussions on business scenarios and technological trends to ensure product applicability and forward-looking innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in web3 blockchain infrastructure or web3 wallet infrastructure, 5+ years as a technical product manager.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to bridge communication between technology development and business requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
  • Ability to abstract and simplify complex problems, leveraging first-principles thinking and systematic problem-solving.
  • Strong resilience under pressure, exceptional communication skills, and a flexible mindset.
  • Deep passion for web3 and a keen awareness of industry trends and emerging innovations.
