Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and driving the adoption of our JSIT-Retail programme.

Responsibilities include engaging with companies and partners through one-to-one outreach, mass events, and active follow-up on leads. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support networking and marketing initiatives, increasing awareness and adoption of JSIT-Retail.

Additionally, you will identify, develop, and maintain a repository of success stories on JSIT-Retail, create and update marketing materials for promotional purposes, and utilize data-driven insights to enhance marketing opportunities.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned to this role include driving programme adoption, managing and executing PR and media plans, and coordinating with service providers and government agencies to achieve programme outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
