Job Role: Senior Assignment Officer

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assignment Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and assigning equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing services, including water and toilet servicing, as well as supplying GSE equipment when required.

You will liaise with various stakeholders, including IGO, Maintrol, and CEG, to coordinate towing and other utility services. Additionally, you will work closely with the Equipment Maintenance team to ensure equipment requirements are met and shortages are addressed.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with operators to ensure punctual flight departures and any changes in assignments. You will also attend to customer requests and complaints, update the duty supervisor on delays, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
