Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled KYC Specialist to join our team. As a KYC Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely account opening processes for individual and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee account opening processes and ensure all necessary documents are in place.
* Review and update KYC data in the system, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.
* Provide guidance to Client Advisors on complex account structures and KYC requirements.
* Perform client name checks using approved bank systems and escalate any risks to relevant managers.
* Liaise with the KYC/AML team and COO office for account setup and document management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Diploma or Degree in Banking, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in KYC reviews in a private banking environment.
* Knowledgeable with all forms used in private banking and experienced in operations, account documentation, risk management, and AML/KYC.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective team leadership abilities.
