Key Roles:

An established wellness business seeks a dedicated and skilled therapist to deliver high-quality spa services.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional massage treatments according to industry standards.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Prepare therapy products, replenish stocks, and manage towel supply.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow instructions from the supervisor.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a qualified massage therapist or certification in ITEC/WSQ is preferred.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Pleasant personality and strong work ethic.
