Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality spa massage and reflexology services to our clients, ensuring they receive a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa therapy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent professional spa massage and reflexology services in accordance with spa standards.
  • Maintain a high level of service standards, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other parts of the spa.
  • Prepare and replenish treatment products, towels, and other supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely, providing solutions and support where required.
  • Follow and comply with instructions given by management, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Preferably hold an ITEC/WSQ certificate or massage certification.
  • Able to commit to working on weekends and public holidays, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in spa therapy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Pleasant personality and hardworking attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
