About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead our team of housekeeping professionals in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Main Responsibilities

  • To assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning, organizing, and overseeing public area, guestroom, laundry, and room operations.
  • To ensure established standards according to hotel requirements are maintained.
  • To coordinate all housekeeping operations on guestrooms, including cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management.
  • To supervise junior colleagues within the department, ensuring correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Department's Operations Manual.
  • To ensure all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel's Employee Rules and Regulations and policy relating to Fire, Health, and Safety.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or 2 years' experience as an Assistant Housekeeper.
  • The ability to motivate staff, lead, and guide a team effectively.
  • Competency in MS Office applications.
  • The ability to multitask and be detail-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $55,000 - SGD $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
