Housekeeping Coordinator

JOB SCOPE
As the Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be the central hub of our housekeeping team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Assigning tasks to Room Attendants, dispatch House Attendants and Runners to fulfill guest requests, and support the overall efficiency of the housekeeping department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for all calls coming, handling guest request, lost and found and knowledgable in housekeeping operations;
- Maintaining records related to day to day operations, updating housekeeping data board, such as expected showroom/inspection date;
- Prepare the VIP amenities list;
- Co-ordinate with Front Office department and other departments if needed;
- Co-ordinate with the Engineering/ Maintenance department for room maintenance issues;
- Responsible in the proper handover of responsibilities in detail to the next shift;
- Maintain stock supplies ( guestrooms amenities, stationeries, cleaning materials ...etc);
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper for preparing the monthly report and budgets;
- Responsible for the upkeep of the Housekeeping office (filings and maintenance ...etc).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
- Three (3) years of relevant working experiences and exposure in hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership in leading a team.
- Excellent interpersonal communications and organising skills.
- Able to work independently and as well as with the team.
