As a Senior or Principal NAND Device Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing the cell device characteristics, engineering memory device/array operation and developing novel solutions for next generation NAND technologies to meet project timelines.

With a focus on cutting-edge innovations, you will have an exciting opportunity to develop state-of-the-art NAND technologies and products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to device technology development of state-of-the-art NAND cells by providing expertise in NAND Cell device physics and NAND memory array operation.
  • Performing electrical characterization of NAND cell arrays and test structures to identify device improvement directions.
  • Trimming and waveform/algo engineering to improve Vt placement, performance, and reliability.

Successful candidates for this position will have a strong understanding and experience with non-volatile memories, semiconductor devices, and statistical analysis. Additionally, they will have expertise in NAND device physics and optimization techniques.
