We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Executive to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with experience working in a financial institution. As a Senior Compliance Executive, you will provide support to the Risk and Compliance Manager in day-to-day operations, including interacting with various departments to provide guidance on compliance matters and implementing/evaluating the efficiency of controls.

You will stay abreast of regulatory guidelines and Group requirements, providing regulatory advice to business as required. Your responsibilities will include assisting with group compliance monitoring assessment, audit, and annual gap analysis exercise, completing the group Annual Risk & Control Assessment, and performing due diligence, AML, and sanction screening checks prior to onboarding new partners and continuous due diligence review for existing partners.

Additionally, you will fulfill MAS requirements such as keeping track of and preparing annual staff declarations, CPD hours, and rolling out annual compliance training. You will also provide 2nd level monitoring and management of compliance on internal policies and procedures, and information security.

In this role, you will identify inadequacies and weaknesses in systems and controls of compliance and Company's functions and suggest improvements. You will also assist with or take charge of ad-hoc projects or tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time.
