- Engineering Department Leadership: Lead the Engineering department in creating a strong and efficient operation team to ensure the mall's systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Compliance and Efficiency: Ensure the mall meets required efficiency standards and complies with all local codes and authorities' regulations.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare management reports, documents, and tracking to ensure accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
- Ad-hoc Upgrading Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of ad-hoc upgrading projects to enhance the mall's facilities and services.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Maintenance, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail mall management or a related industry.
- Skills: IT savvy, proficient in MS Office Applications, familiar with Green Mark Building Requirements, ACMV Knowledge, and FSSD code.
- Personal Qualities: Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders from all levels.
