Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Management Assistant Officer. This role plays a vital part in supporting students' career development journeys from administering the internship program to coordinating events and liaising with students and employers.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering the internship program, including preparing documentation and handling student submissions;
  • Maintaining accurate records and data on internships, employers, and students;
  • Coordinating events such as career fairs, networking sessions, and information sessions;
  • Providing administrative support to the Law Careers Office, including data entry and logistics;
  • Liaising with students, employers, and external partners to ensure successful internship placements and event coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in any discipline;
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data management tools;
  • A team player with a service-oriented mindset;
  • Prior experience in event coordination or working with students is an advantage.
